Sesshoku Tsumetai from Kirigakure

I take part in the "Naruto the Last OC Challenge" in 

and i made this OC for this Challenge.

Age: 27
Height: 176
His hair: purple
His eye: blue

Rank: Jounin
Personality: Kind, quiet, cool-headed (although he was sometimes hot-headed when he was joung)

Strength: his phisical strength is about average (or a bit lower).
Stamina: He has a lot of energy (chakra). It's not easy to exhaust him with battle, although he has weakness as ninjutsu and speed (and phisical strength).

Jutsu:
  Genjutsu: he is very good in this kind of jutsus. His speciality is slowing down his enemy's attack/moving so he seems faster. It's fortunate in battle for him 'cause his running/moving speed is about average, althou he is truly fast with making hand seals.
  Ninjutsu: he is very good in this kind of jutsus, too. He can control easily any kind of water for example water in the earth, too.
 Taijutsu: he is not very good in hand-to-hand combat. 

Intelligence: he is good with recognizing situations and solving problems, although hi is not too good with humor for example the end of the jokes aren't really fall off easily for him although he tryes his best.


Tool(s):
  He doesn't like sharp hand-made weapons as katana or dager etc. Althogh he use to bring a little knife with him but he use  to use it for cooking.
 For fight he sometime use an octagonal-whip (bull-whip?).

His teacher was Ao. As a child, Sesshoku want to be one of the strongest ninja in Kirigakure but he was weak  in some important things just like speed and jutsus.
His time in the Academy was hard. Although he had more chakra than the others in his age he can barely use it formating into jutsus. He was always kind and intelligent and hard to give up. Beacause of theese Ao consider him a good person and tryed his best to help him.
Sesshoku trained a lot  but can't understand the art of jutsus. Ao tryed to reassure him. Sesshoku finaly get a rank of chünin with a lot of work and luck, but can't bear to not to be an useful ninja for Kirigakure. Ao often saw this feelings on him but can't helped to blow away them.
Finaly Sesshoku came to the decision of leaving Kirigakure, the vilage he loved the most. His master tryed to dissuade him to leave. He argued that he can be useful in many other ways, 'cause he is very inteligent and clever. Althogh Ao tryed his best to highlights him , finaly, Sesshoku leaved the vilage.
He went to the icy North mountains and lived there for years.
Finaly he developed his Genjutsu and Ninjutsu enough to come back.  When he was in his way to home, the Earth was full with white Zetsus and the war between the  Zetsus the united ninja army was "rising".
He took part in the battle. After the war he moved back to Kirigakure as a jounin and become a teacher in the Academy.
